The ORC Boathouse is a three-bay boathouse, built by the late Charles Kenneth Corkery, a great friend to rowing who was active in the sport as a competitor, a coach, and national referee of USRA.  Ken was a strong alum to Temple University where he rowed as a student. Unfortunately he died just before it was completed and now is dedicated in his memory and to his passion for the sport.

  • The left bay houses our sculling boats that include recreational singles and doubles, competitive singles and doubles. Our "sculling" bay can hold up to 18 singles along the far wall, and four doubles in the middle.
  • The middle bay houses our fours and eights (four to a side) and launches.
  • The Easternmost bay is home for additional Fours, Eights and Doubles
